Job Purpose
Oversee all cleaning operations across company branches, ensuring high-quality cleaning services in compliance with health and safety standards, by managing and supervising branch supervisors and utilizing **CAFM** systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly supervise **cleaning supervisors across all branches**, guiding them to meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement standardized cleaning and maintenance policies across all branches.
- Monitor branch performance and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Utilize **CAFM** systems to track maintenance plans, allocate resources, and generate accurate performance reports.
- Plan and conduct training programs to enhance branch supervisors’ skills and team efficiency.
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management on cleanliness standards and branch performance.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across all locations.
- Manage inventory and cleaning supplies across branches, ensuring availability when needed.
- Handle and resolve complaints related to cleanliness promptly and effectively.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cleaning management, with experience supervising multiple branches or teams.
- Proficient in **CAFM** systems for facilities and maintenance management.
- Advanced knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- Strong leadership and team management skills across multiple locations.
- **Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and management software.**
- **Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).**
- **Valid driving license required.**
- **A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Business Administration is preferred.**
- **BICS certification or equivalent is preferred.**

- Using **CAFM** systems to improve performance and reporting.
- Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemical products safely.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
