Cleaning Manager

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Directly supervise **cleaning supervisors across all branches**, guiding them to meet quality standards.
• Develop and implement standardized cleaning and maintenance policies across all branches.
• Monitor branch performance and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Utilize **CAFM** systems to track maintenance plans, allocate resources, and generate accurate performance reports.
• Plan and conduct training programs to enhance branch supervisors’ skills and team efficiency.
• Prepare periodic reports for senior management on cleanliness standards and branch performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across all locations.
• Manage inventory and cleaning supplies across branches, ensuring availability when needed.
• Handle and resolve complaints related to cleanliness promptly and effectively.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cleaning management, with experience supervising multiple branches or teams.
• Proficient in **CAFM** systems for facilities and maintenance management.
• Advanced knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership and team management skills across multiple locations.
• **Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and management software.**
• **Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).**
• **Valid driving license required.**
• **A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Business Administration is preferred.**
• **BICS certification or equivalent is preferred.**
