- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the hospitality team
- Ensure meeting rooms, executive offices, and hospitality areas are prepared and maintained to required standards
- Monitor quality of hospitality services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate hospitality requirements for meetings, events, and VIP visits
- Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor attendance and performance
- Train and coach hospitality staff on service standards and company procedures
- Ensure adequate stock levels of beverages, refreshments, and pantry supplies
- Conduct routine inspections of hospitality areas for cleanliness and compliance
- Address customer complaints and resolve service related issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food handling regulations
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to replenish supplies
- Prepare periodic reports on operational performance, inventory, and staffing
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality services
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage

Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality services, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
Pay
- SAR 2,000 2,500 per month
