Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect consultation rooms, treatment rooms, patient areas, and waiting areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly and replenish hygiene supplies
- Empty waste bins and dispose of medical and general waste according to clinic policies
- Clean glass doors, windows, furniture, and fixtures
- Refill soap dispensers, tissue boxes, and hand sanitizers
- Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained
- Follow infection prevention and control protocols at all times
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Assist with deep cleaning during scheduled maintenance
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous assistance to patients and visitors when required
Requirements
- High school education preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility is an advantage
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and infection control practices
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required

Overview
- The Housekeeping Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment throughout the medical center.
- The role ensures that all patient areas, treatment rooms, offices, and public spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control in accordance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
