- Manage and grow online sales through the company's website and social media platforms
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, website chat, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels
- Convert online leads into confirmed appointments and product sales
- Promote hair transplant, skincare, aesthetic treatments, and retail products
- Upload and maintain product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory on the e commerce platform
- Coordinate with marketing team to execute online campaigns and promotional offers
- Monitor daily online sales, website performance, and customer feedback
- Process online orders and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery
- Maintain customer records in CRM and follow up to encourage repeat purchases
- Achieve monthly online sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E commerce, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in e commerce sales, digital sales, or online retail
- Experience with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is an advantage
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media selling, and CRM systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Experience in the healthcare, beauty, or aesthetic industry is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- English proficiency is required; Arabic is an advantage
