- Supervise and motivate the aesthetic sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase clinic revenue
- Ensure excellent customer service and high standard of patient consultation
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze KPIs
- Coach, train, and mentor sales consultants to improve performance
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic management to maximize treatment conversions
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure high patient satisfaction
- Stay updated on aesthetic treatments, products, and market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in aesthetic, cosmetic, healthcare, or luxury sales including supervisory experience
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage
