Civil Technical Engineer -immediate joiner only

Overview

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating all project activities.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion of works.
• Maintain and control all project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, material approvals, and correspondence.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, meeting minutes, and project status updates.
• Coordinate communication between the client, consultant, contractor, and internal departments.
• Follow up on meetings, site inspections, and approval processes to ensure smooth project flow.
• Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material submittals, approvals, and deliveries.
• Ensure that all site activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Support the site team in maintaining quality and safety documentation.
• Coordinate with authorities such as Dubai Municipality, DDA, and Nakheel for necessary submissions and approvals.
• Track project progress and identify potential risks or delays, reporting them for corrective action.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, and subcontractor performance for efficiency and cost control.
• Assist in preparing payment applications, variation claims, and cost tracking reports.
• Ensure proper coordination among civil, MEP, and architectural disciplines at all stages.
• Follow up on consultant comments and ensure timely compliance and resubmissions.
• Participate in site coordination meetings and provide updates to management.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and handover documents.
• Ensure all snagging, testing, and final inspections are completed prior to project handover.
