Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Civil Foreman with hands-on swimming pool construction experience to supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
The role requires practical knowledge of swimming pool civil works, finishing works, waterproofing, tiling, and MEP coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise swimming pool construction and civil works, and guide workers, technicians, and subcontractors on site.
- Execute work according to approved drawings, specifications, and Site Engineer instructions.
- Supervise RCC or gunite, blockwork, plastering, screed, waterproofing, tiling, grouting, and finishing works.
- Check pool levels, dimensions, slopes, alignment, and workmanship.
- Coordinate with MEP teams on pool piping, drains, lights, inlets, outlets, and equipment connections.
- Coordinate materials, monitor manpower and progress, and identify issues for the Site Engineer.
- Maintain quality and schedule requirements, coordinate trades, support inspections, and ensure housekeeping and safety.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Civil Foreman.
- Swimming pool construction experience is highly preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of swimming pool civil works.
- Experience with gunite or RCC, waterproofing, screed, tiling, grouting, plastering, and pool finishing.
- Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings.
- Knowledge of construction tools, materials, and work methods.
- Experience managing workers and coordinating daily site activities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Swimming pool construction, civil works, site supervision, gunite or RCC, waterproofing, screed, pool tiling, grouting, finishing works, manpower management, site coordination, and construction drawings.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
