Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman with hands-on swimming pool project experience in Dubai.
The role supports swimming pool construction and related MEP works through accurate technical, shop, and as-built drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed swimming pool shop drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare plans, sections, elevations, and detailed construction drawings.
- Prepare swimming pool MEP drawings, including piping layouts and equipment connections.
- Prepare drawings for filtration, circulation, drainage, overflow, skimmer, water features, and related systems.
- Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, landscape, and MEP requirements.
- Prepare as-built drawings based on site conditions and completed works.
- Revise drawings according to consultant and client comments.
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to ensure drawings match site conditions.
- Maintain drawing records and revisions.
- Assist the technical team with other drafting requirements when needed.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman, preferably in swimming pool construction.
- Previous swimming pool drafting experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Good understanding of swimming pool construction and MEP systems.
- Ability to prepare accurate shop drawings with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of swimming pool equipment, piping, filtration, drainage, and water features is advantageous.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates available in the UAE are preferred.

Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–AED 4,000 per month.
