Position Overview
Dillon is seeking a Civil Engineering Graduate for its Linear Municipal Infrastructure team.
The team works on water mains, sanitary sewers, stormwater systems, roadways, and related community infrastructure.
The position may be based in Calgary, Winnipeg, or Yellowknife and offers flexible hours and hybrid work options.
Coordination and Design
- Assist with functional and detailed design of water supply, sewer, roadway, site-servicing, stormwater, and waste-management infrastructure.
- Support multidisciplinary teams and complete design activities in Civil 3D, technical report writing, and field investigations.
- Travel to client locations and Dillon offices for project delivery, research, and relationship development.
Business Development and Learning
- Contribute to client-needs research, project proposals, presentations, and other business development activities.
- Pursue self-development and ongoing learning and participate in professional associations and committees.
