Responsibilities
- Coordinate and attend meetings with clients, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders
- Review site preparation activities and temporary works for compliance with contract requirements
- Monitor site activities and enforce compliance with safety, security, health, and environmental requirements
- Monitor construction progress and support verification of progress payments and schedule performance
- Conduct daily coordination meetings with site teams to track progress and identify potential delays
- Implement corrective actions to address deviations from project plans
- Support the Project Manager in supervising and managing construction activities
- Assist in planning and sequencing construction activities in accordance with the Project Quality Plan
- Conduct regular site inspections and evaluate subcontractor performance
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve construction issues and discrepancies
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for effective integration of civil works
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and site records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and multidisciplinary interfaces
- Good knowledge of construction site management, project delivery, and safety requirements
- Ability to identify and resolve technical and construction related issues
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem solving skills
- Saudi National
- Experience on rail, metro, transportation, infrastructure, or major construction projects (desired)
- Knowledge of construction planning, quality assurance, and project coordination processes (desired)

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Civil Engineer (Saudi National) to join our team!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate and attend meetings with clients, contractors, consultants, construction management teams, and other project stakeholders to resolve technical issues and support project delivery.
- Review site preparation activities and temporary works to ensure compliance with contract requirements and approved construction documents.
- Monitor site activities and enforce compliance with project safety, security, health, and environmental requirements.
- Monitor construction progress and support verification of progress payments and schedule performance.
- Conduct daily coordination meetings with site teams to track progress, identify potential delays, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Implement corrective actions to address deviations from project plans and mitigate schedule impacts.
- Support the Project Manager in supervising and managing construction activities within the assigned project scope.
- Assist in planning and sequencing construction activities in accordance with the Project Quality Plan.
- Conduct regular site inspections and evaluate subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve construction issues and discrepancies that may impact the quality, safety, or progress of the works.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support effective integration of civil works with other project systems and disciplines.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and site records as required.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects.
