Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil engineering activities, including structural, foundation, and finishing works.
- Ensure compliance with RAK Municipality codes, approvals, and regulatory requirements.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor progress against schedules and escalate delays or risks.
- Conduct quality inspections and oversee HSE compliance.
- Prepare technical reports, site diaries, progress reports, and documentation.
- Liaise with RAK Municipality and regulatory bodies for approvals, inspections, and NOCs.
- Manage materials and resources with procurement and site teams.
- Support cost control and variation management.
- Attend site meetings and provide technical input.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- 10–15 years of relevant civil engineering experience, including significant UAE site or project experience.
- Valid RAK Municipality approval or registration is mandatory for practice and on-site work in RAK.
- Sound knowledge of UAE construction codes, standards, and practices.
- Proficiency in technical drawings, Bills of Quantities, and specifications.
- Familiarity with construction management tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution processes.

- Strong leadership and site or team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability under site pressure.
- Strong coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site priorities.
