- Prepare detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit according to approved designs and project requirements.
- Develop layout, shop, and construction drawings based on engineering inputs.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure drawings comply with design intent and specifications.
- Review, update, and revise existing drawings based on design changes and feedback.
- Maintain version control, drawing registers, and documentation.
- Prepare as built drawings reflecting final site conditions.

- Diploma Degree in Design
- 2 to 10 years of experience in drafting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

Job Purpose
- Produce precise and detailed technical drawings and plans for projects, ensuring accurate representation of design specifications and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Accountability Areas
- Prepare detailed and accurate 2D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit in accordance with approved designs, standards, and project requirements.
- Develop layout, shop, and construction drawings based on engineering inputs and project specifications.
- Ensure drawings reflect correct dimensions, materials, symbols, and technical notes.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to ensure all technical drawings comply with design intent, specifications, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical team to clarify design details and resolve drafting related issues.
- Incorporate engineering comments and revisions into drawings accurately.
- Review, update, and revise existing drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and engineer feedback.
- Maintain proper version control, drawing registers, and documentation in line with company procedures.
- Ensure all drawings are properly labeled, approved, and stored for easy reference.
- Assist in preparing accurate as built drawings that reflect final site conditions and approved changes.
- Compile complete drawing sets and supporting documentation for project handover.
- Support the preparation of final project documentation to meet client and contractual requirements.
