About the Role

- Recruit, train, and supervise student volunteers for GWYL and Project Outreach
- Lead coordination and delivery of Project Outreach
- Identify and develop volunteering opportunities at key events in Abu Dhabi
- Serve as department's GivePulse domain administrator
- Plan at least four cultural and service outing themes per year
- Coordinate operational delivery of National Identity Program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years experience in higher education, community development or related field
- Proven track record in working with community entities and building partnerships within UAE context
- Excellent organization, presentation, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Awareness of and interest in UAE cultural landscape and heritage
- Fluency with Arabic (preferred)

Position Summary

- The role manages culturally grounded civic engagement and service programs connecting students with Abu Dhabi's communities.
Key Responsibilities
