- Support the development of annual sponsorship and events plans
- Review and provide inputs to sponsorship proposals
- Prepare financial and qualitative analyses to support leadership decision making on sponsorship opportunities
- Support implementation of RTA led and RTA sponsored events
- Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, vendors, and suppliers
- Assist in concept development, booth design follow up, production supervision, and on ground coordination for exhibitions
- Guide coordination for corporate gifts and giveaways
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Marketing
- 8+ years experience with Master's (11+ years with Bachelor's)
- Proficiency in brand identity management
- Competence in budget preparation and financial planning for marketing
- Experience in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns
- Strong skills in media relations, public communication, and press coordination
- Project management expertise
- Ability to organize public events and manage official protocols
- Understanding of the organization's business context

Job Description
- Provide inputs to the development of the overarching event strategy, including venue options, hospitality concepts, and program recommendations aligned with RTA priorities.
- Support preparation of governance frameworks, approval workflows, sponsorship criteria, and vendor evaluation guidelines.
- Contribute to long term planning for major milestones, international participations, and leadership engagements by preparing background notes, benchmarking studies, and planning documents.
- Guide and support drafting of event guidelines, standards, templates, and performance metrics to ensure consistency across activities.
- Assist in identifying sponsorship and partnership opportunities by conducting initial research, data collection, and comparatives.
- Support the development of annual sponsorship and events plans by preparing briefs, data sheets, and budget inputs.
- Review and provide inputs to sponsorship proposals using pre defined scoring criteria and policy requirements.
- Prepare financial and qualitative analyses to support leadership decision making on sponsorship opportunities
Operations
- Support implementation of RTA led and RTA sponsored events, including exhibitions, ceremonies, press conferences, project launches, and delegations.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event components.
- Assist in concept development, booth design follow up, production supervision, and on ground coordination for exhibitions.
- Guide coordination for corporate gifts and giveaways, including sourcing, vendor comparison, and quality checks.
- Support video production activities by preparing briefs, following up with media teams, and ensuring alignment with event messaging.
- Coordinate budgeting, scheduling, procurement requests, risk assessments, and post event documentation.
- Follow up on event logistics, venue arrangements, guest protocols, and compliance with RTA procedures.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and quality checking event materials such as certificates, shields, souvenirs, and media collateral.
- Handle incoming event requests, clarifications, and media coordination and ensure adherence to RTA brand identity.
- Support negotiations of sponsorship deliverables, KPIs, branding rights, timelines, and contract requirements with concerned departments.
- Verify compliance of sponsorship agreements with procurement rules, budget guidelines, and audit procedures.
- Prepare and update approval packages, recommendation notes, comparison matrices, and decision support documents.
Product / Process Improvement
- Analyze post event data, media coverage, and stakeholder feedback to develop recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Implement performance evaluation tools and sponsorship scoring matrices to measure ROI, compliance, and audience impact.
- Introduce innovative event formats and media production technologies to enhance audience engagement and brand experience.
- Integrate sponsorship/partnership opportunity scouting with continuous evaluation frameworks and budget/deliverable control
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/ Master’s degree in Marketing
- 8+ years in case of master’s degree (11+ years in case of bachelor’s degree)
- Proficiency in brand identity management and ensuring consistent brand representation
- Competence in budget preparation and financial planning for marketing initiatives
- Experience in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns
- Strong skills in media relations, public communication, and press coordination
