Chief Product Officer - Crypto Exchange

We have been retained by a leading global crypto platform to appoint a Chief Product Officer to define and scale its next-generation financial ecosystem.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a pivotal role at the intersection of product innovation, growth, and AI transformation.

You will own the global product vision across a multi-product platform spanning trading, payments, wealth, and institutional solutions—driving both user growth and long-term product differentiation.

What We’re Looking ForProven CPO / senior product leadership experience in high-growth, global technology or fintech environmentsStrong background in crypto, trading platforms, financial services, or complex digital ecosystemsDemonstrated success leading both core product and growth/product-led growth functionsExperience embedding AI into products and product organisations in a commercially meaningful wayDeep understanding of trading systems, financial products, and user behaviour in digital asset marketsTrack record building and scaling multi-product platforms at global scaleHighly data-driven, with strong product intuition and disciplined experimentation approachAbility to balance long-term vision with rapid execution in fast-moving environmentsStrong stakeholder management, with experience partnering closely with founders and executive teamsFluent English required
