About the Role

Responsibilities
- Own the end to end global product strategy across all business lines including trading, payments, card, earn, wealth, institutional products
- Build and drive a cohesive product ecosystem ensuring strong integration across all product verticals
- Own and scale the growth product function including user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
- Design and implement product led growth strategies leveraging data, experimentation, and lifecycle optimization
- Drive AI adoption across products and internal product processes
- Identify and lead innovation opportunities across centralized and on chain ecosystems
- Lead and scale a global product organization including product managers, growth product teams, and product operations
- Translate business vision into clear product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and execution plans
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and Business teams
- Optimize product performance through data driven decision making, experimentation, and continuous iteration
- Ensure product design aligns with global regulatory requirements and local market dynamics
- Establish product governance, processes, and operating rhythms to support global scale and speed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior product leader in global, high growth environments
- Strong background in crypto, fintech, trading platforms, financial services or digital tech products
- Demonstrated experience leading both product and growth functions
- Experience driving AI adoption in products or product organizations
- Deep understanding of trading systems, financial products, and user behavior in digital asset markets
- Ability to balance long term product vision with short term execution priorities
- Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred

About the Role
- Bybit is evolving from a leading crypto exchange into a next generation global financial platform integrating trading, payments, wealth management, and institutional solutions.
- We are seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to define and lead Bybit’s global product vision combining product innovation, growth strategy, and AI driven transformation.
- This role reports directly to the Founder and will play a critical role in shaping the company’s long term direction.
What You Will Own
- Own the end to end global product strategy across all business lines including trading (spot, derivatives), payments, card, earn, wealth, institutional products etc.
- Build and drive a cohesive product ecosystem ensuring strong integration across all product verticals into a unified user experience.
- Own and scale the growth product function including user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across global markets.
- Design and implement product led growth strategies leveraging data, experimentation, and lifecycle optimization.
- Drive AI adoption across products and internal product processes including AI powered trading tools, recommendations, automation, personalization, and intelligent user journeys.
- Identify and lead innovation opportunities across both centralized and on chain ecosystems including AI, DeFi, and next generation financial infrastructure.
- Lead and scale a global product organization including product managers, growth product teams, and product operations.
- Translate business vision into clear product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and execution plans.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver high quality, scalable, and compliant products.
- Optimize product performance through data driven decision making, experimentation, and continuous iteration.
- Ensure product design aligns with global regulatory requirements and local market dynamics.
- Establish product governance, processes, and operating rhythms to support global scale and speed.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a senior product leader in global, high growth environments.
- Strong background in crypto, fintech, trading platforms, financial services or digital tech products.
- Demonstrated experience leading both product and growth functions with strong understanding of product led growth.
- Experience driving AI adoption in products or product organizations with practical understanding of how AI enhances user experience and business performance.
- Deep understanding of trading systems, financial products, and user behavior in digital asset markets.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale complex, multi product platforms.
- Strong product intuition combined with data driven decision making.
- Experience operating in fast paced, ambiguous, and highly competitive environments.
- Ability to balance long term product vision with short term execution priorities.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with experience working closely with founders and executive teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and user centric approach.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred.
