Job summary

Key responsibilities

• Oversee construction operations, project management, and resource management for timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Develop operational policies, procedures, and best practices to improve productivity and service quality.
• Lead process automation, digital transformation, and enterprise systems implementation initiatives.
• Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation through data-driven decisions and performance management.
• Manage operational risks, HSSE compliance, and organisational performance across projects.
• Align operational strategies with business objectives in collaboration with executive stakeholders.
• Build high-performing teams and foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 22–25 years of progressive operations management experience, including 5–7 years in senior construction leadership.
• Expertise in operational excellence, process improvement, digital transformation, and enterprise systems implementation.
• Strong understanding of planning, scheduling, resources, quality control, operational risk, and HSSE requirements.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in construction or project management software, ERP systems, Lean, Six Sigma, and change management.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic execution capabilities.
• Experience delivering operational transformation and large-scale construction projects.

Preferred qualifications

• A Master's degree is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or LEED certifications are advantageous.
