- Support regional leadership in defining, prioritizing, and executing strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives, growth targets, and market priorities
- Drive business reviews, leadership meetings, KPI tracking, and operational governance processes to ensure accountability and timely delivery of key initiatives
- Coordinate complex projects across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Technology teams, ensuring alignment and effective execution of strategic programs
- Facilitate collaboration with financial institutions, fintechs, regulators, government agencies, and strategic partners to support ecosystem development and market expansion
- Prepare executive briefings, business cases, strategic recommendations, and performance insights to support leadership decision making and organizational effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Previous experience within Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions or the FinTech industry
- Regional experience, including working in a fast paced matrix organisation
- Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, and presentation)
- Extensive experience supporting senior executives in strategic planning, business operations, performance management, and execution of corporate priorities
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem
- Proven track record managing complex, cross functional programs and strategic initiatives across multiple markets
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen
- Fluency in Arabic is nice to have

Role Overview
- As the Chief of Staff, you will serve as a strategic advisor and execution partner to senior leadership, driving the delivery of key business priorities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the broader region.
- You will coordinate cross functional initiatives spanning payments, digital transformation, partnerships, and market development, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution.
- The role will involve managing executive governance, business planning, performance tracking, stakeholder engagement, and executive communications while supporting the growth of our payment's ecosystem through collaboration with financial institutions, fintechs, regulators, and government stakeholde
- You will play a critical role in facilitating decision making, monitoring strategic programs, and driving organizational effectiveness to accelerate business growth and market impact.
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Support regional leadership in defining, prioritizing, and executing strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives, growth targets, and market priorities.

Knowledge and Experience
- Extensive experience supporting senior executives in strategic planning, business operations, performance management, and execution of corporate priorities.
- Strong understanding of the payment's ecosystem, including card payments, digital commerce, fintech, banking, payment acceptance, acquiring, and emerging payment technologies.
- Proven track record managing complex, cross functional programs and strategic initiatives across multiple markets, ensuring alignment, governance, and successful delivery.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with experience developing business cases, tracking KPIs, synthesizing insights, and providing recommendations to support executive decision making.
Mandatory Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Previous experience within Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions or the FinTech industry.
- Regional experience, including working in a faced paced matrix organisation.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, and presentation); fluency in Arabic is nice to have.
Preferred Skills
- The ability to analyse data, troubleshoot payment issues, optimize processes, and make data driven decisions.
- Good understanding of payment systems, digital platforms, system workflows, security basics, and industry technologies.
- An understanding of regional regulations across financial services or payment networks.
