About the Role
Madison Pearl is partnering with an international investment group to find a Group Head of Finance Operations in Dubai. This senior leadership role oversees financial reporting and corporate finance across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on quarterly and annual valuations including carry and semi-audit valuations.

- Oversee accounting teams across multiple jurisdictions, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and cross functional coordination
- Review quarterly management accounts and advise on technical accounting matters
- Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team
- Coordinate annual audits for key entities
- Prepare the Annual Report and act as Secretary to the Audit & Risk Committee
- Review quarterly and annual valuations
- Support financial flow management on complex projects
- Contribute to the design and management of LTIP and incentive programs
- Prepare board level materials, including risk and performance reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles within complex, multi entity environments
- Strong technical accounting and reporting expertise
- Demonstrated experience with carry (carried interest) and valuations
