- Define long term financial strategy with the CEO and Board
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and capital allocation
- Oversee M&A, investment analysis, KPIs, and performance reporting
- Manage financial operations for content, licensing, partnerships, advertising, and digital revenue
- Ensure IFRS 15 compliance and profitability analysis across media activities
- Oversee budgeting, cost tracking, revenue reconciliation, and reporting for festivals and major events
- Deliver real time dashboards and post event analysis
- Manage financial structures for sponsorships, funding, and grants
- Lead cash management, banking relationships, financing, and risk management
- Ensure compliance with UAE CT, VAT, ESR, and all regulatory requirements
- Optimize Oracle Fusion ERP, automate workflows, and enhance BI and analytics
- Lead and develop teams across finance functions
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; MBA preferred
- 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years at CFO/senior leadership level
- Media/events or multi entity holding experience
- Strong IFRS, tax, treasury, consolidation, and Oracle Fusion expertise
- CMA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred
- Strong communication, commercial acumen, and transformation leadership

Executive Summary

Role Overview
- As part of the executive team, the CFO will direct financial planning, capital efficiency, compliance, and operational performance across all subsidiaries.
- The role requires strong leadership, deep financial expertise, and experience in media, large scale events, sponsorship revenue, and multi entity reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
