Key Responsibilities
- Leadership:
- Foster a collaborative work environment to attract and retain a diverse, high-performing team.
- Ensure timely recruitment, effective team development, and progress tracking to communicate successes to stakeholders.
- Fundraising:
- Develop and diversify funding sources, secure regional and international funders, onboard corporate sponsors, identify new income streams, and create high-quality proposals and reports.
- Communications:
- Ensure consistent messaging, build strong media relationships, and engage in media opportunities to boost organizational visibility.
- Organisational Growth:
- Lead program development and execution, expand presence across the Gulf Region, and build and enhance relationships with partners and funders.
- Finance:
- Maintain financial sustainability with proper record-keeping and internal controls, manage the budget, report financial activities monthly, and address any issues proactively.
