Job Description
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services.
- Co operation with hotel’s Departments for any internal requests.
- Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments.
- Is aware of the daily activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities.
- Create and coordinate work schedules and assign posting positions, maximizing coverage and optimizing efficiency.
- Record guest requests for luggage and valet service and train employees on venue features and services.
- Ensuring the driveway, lobby, entrance and baggage storage areas are clean and presentable.
- Conducting performance reviews and ensuring that all equipment and supplies are working properly.
- Set an example for employees by being present and working during peak business periods and events.
- Ability to organize, manage and supervise the delivery and retrieval of luggage and parking of cars during large events.
- Coordinate luggage deliveries and distribute pertinent guest arrival and departure details to team members.
- Supervising Bellmen, transferring and storing guest luggage and responding to guest requests.
Qualifications
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
- Follow company and department policies and procedures.
- Protect company tools, equipment, machines, or other assets in accordance with company policies.
- Co ordination with any internal departments as & when the need arises.
- Ensures all staff is thoroughly familiar with the Hotel’s emergency procedures and in a state of preparedness.
- Preferably has experience in the same role in a 4 5 star hotel.
