- Offer recommendations: Provide information and handle arrangements for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions
- Coordinate special services: Arrange for medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized guest needs
- Support VIP guests: Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for high priority guests
- Promote hotel offerings: Share marketing materials and encourage use of hotel services and programs
- Manage budgets and payroll: Oversee concierge expenditures, including payroll, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with budgetary guidelines
Requirements
- High School Diploma or University Degree
- X years of experience in Y (e.g., hotel management)
- License or Certification

- As a Chief Concierge, you’re not just overseeing the daily operations of the concierge desk – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
