About the Role

Responsibilities
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
- Co operation with hotel’s Departments for any internal requests
- Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments
- Be aware of daily activities and have product knowledge of all hotel facilities
- Create and coordinate work schedules and assign posting positions, maximizing coverage and optimizing efficiency
- Record guest requests for luggage and valet service and train employees on venue features and services
- Ensure the driveway, lobby, entrance and baggage storage areas are clean and presentable
- Conduct performance reviews and ensure that all equipment and supplies are working properly
- Set an example for employees by being present and working during peak business periods and events
- Organize, manage and supervise the delivery and retrieval of luggage and fast and efficient parking of cars during large events
- Coordinate luggage deliveries and distribute pertinent guest arrival and departure details to team members
- Supervise Bellmen, transferring and storing guest luggage and responding to guest requests

- Follow company and department policies and procedures
- Protect company tools, equipment, machines, or other assets
- Co ordination with any internal departments as and when the need arises
- Ensure all staff is thoroughly familiar with the Hotel’s emergency procedures
