About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support PLM with strategic planning process for the product line
- Profit and loss accountability for the CYME Software offering to meet revenue and margin objectives
- Understand market trends and competitive landscape
- Provide strategic marketing direction for new features and/or module development
- Collaborate with other product managers and product lines to create marketing solutions
- Provide leadership and drive for results of global alignment
- Be a voice of the customer and set expectations with division functions and sales/channel organizations
- Report financial results and forecasts to key stakeholders
- Serve as offering spokesperson in key customer interactions
- Work with engineering on new product development and product upgrades
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field from an accredited institution
- Strong technical background related to CYME Power Engineering Software
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in product management, technical sales or marketing, or engineering
- Ability to travel up to 20%, including international
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship

Principales Fonctions / Essential Responsibilities
- Support PLM with strategic planning process
- Profit and loss accountability for CYME Software offering

- Work with proposal manager, PMO and engineering on RFXs
- Work closely with sales, channels and major accounts
Qualifications requises / Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
- Strong technical background related to CYME Power Engineering Software
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in product management, technical sales or marketing, or engineering
- Ability to travel up to 20%, some international
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship
Qualifications Préférables / Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a distribution planner within a utility company
- Experience in providing sales/field support and customer/industry presentations
- Experience in leading face to face meetings with customers
- Ability to identify use cases and develop marketing requirements
- Experience writing user stories, functional specifications, and presenting product roadmaps
- Ability to synthesize disparate information
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work within Agile frameworks
- Knowledge of software development practices and processes
Salary Range
- CAD 106,000 CAD 150,000 per year (French version)
- CAD 106,000 CAD 133,000 per year (English version)
