Requirements
- 4 6 years experience in pastry/bakery within luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants
- Proven experience as Chef de Partie in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of modern and classical pastry techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced luxury kitchen
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- HACCP and food safety knowledge required

Job Overview
