- Support the Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and stock levels while minimizing waste and maintaining cost efficiency
- Supervise and support Commis Chefs and Demi Chef de Parties, providing guidance and on the job training
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist with menu execution, special events, and operational initiatives while maintaining exceptional culinary standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie within a luxury hotel or high quality restaurant
- Culinary qualification from a recognized institution (preferred)
- Good knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and quality standards
- Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills

About the Job
- An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to join Kitchen Connection in Jumeirah Beach Hotel from September 2026 onwards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
