Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a specific kitchen section (hot kitchen, grill, pastry, etc.)
- Prepare and present international dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
- Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff (including Demi CDPs and Commis)
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP compliant)
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control
- Minimize waste and ensure cost control measures
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in international cuisine
- Previous experience as Chef de Partie or strong Demi CDP ready for promotion
- Knowledge of European, Asian, and Middle Eastern cuisine is an advantage
- Strong understanding of food safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team leadership skills
