The position plays a key role in maintaining product quality, consistency, food safety standards, and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality food items to established standards.
- Support daily production of café and restaurant menu offerings.
- Ensure consistency, freshness, and quality across all products.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen compliance standards.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize waste.
- Assist in training and supporting junior kitchen team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Culinary qualification or equivalent experience.
- Preferably with knowledge of Italian cuisine and food preparation techniques.
- Experience in high-volume food production is an advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Passion for quality food and attention to detail.
