Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Valid DHA Registered Nurse License
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience
- Minimum 2 years of nurse supervisory, charge nurse, head nurse, nursing team leader, or nursing coordinator experience
- Previous experience supervising nursing teams within a clinic, polyclinic, outpatient, or hospital environment
- Strong knowledge of DHA standards, infection control, and clinical governance requirements

About the Role
- HealthHub Clinics, part of Al Futtaim Health, is seeking an experienced Charge Nurse to join our busy Discovery Gardens Clinic.
- This is an excellent opportunity for a nursing professional with strong clinical expertise and proven supervisory experience to lead a team of nurses while ensuring the delivery of high quality, patient centred care.
- The Charge Nurse will be responsible for the day to day coordination of nursing operations, staff supervision, clinical quality, and patient safety across the clinic.
Key Responsibilities

Applicant Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Valid DHA Registered Nurse License.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a fast paced multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Highly Desirable
- Experience within a multi specialty outpatient clinic.
- Arabic language skills.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
