- Manage release planning, scheduling, and coordination activities
- Ensure proper change governance and CAB approvals
- Coordinate release execution across application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams
- Support deployment validation and post release monitoring
- Coordinate rollback activities when required
- Maintain release calendars and deployment documentation
- Communicate release status, risks, and dependencies
- Prepare release reports and KPI dashboards
- Drive release process improvements and automation initiatives
Requirements
- Strong experience in Change & Release Management
- Experience with ITIL, ITSM, and DevOps coordination
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment governance
- Experience managing enterprise release cycles
- Strong stakeholder and operational coordination skills
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Arabic speaker
