Role Overview

  • The Change Management Professional will be responsible for leading the human centric aspects of the Enterprise Transformation project.
  • This role is critical for developing and implementing strategies that minimize disruption, drive user acceptance, and ensure successful integration of the new COTS platform into the Client's operational culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Change Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy and plan.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct stakeholder analyses and develop targeted engagement strategies.
  • Communication Planning & Execution: Design and implement multi channel communication plans.
  • Sponsorship Alignment: Work with program sponsors to build and maintain active sponsorship.
  • Resistance Management: Proactively identify and mitigate resistance to change.
  • Change Network Development: Establish and manage a network of change champions.
  • Cultural Impact Assessment: Assess cultural impact and develop interventions.
  • Integration with Project & Training: Collaborate with project and training teams.
  • Measurement & Evaluation: Define and track KPIs for change adoption.
  • Sustainment Planning: Develop plans for sustaining change post implementation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 7+ years of dedicated experience in organizational change management for large scale IT transformation projects.
  • Proven track record of driving user adoption, managing resistance, and achieving desired behavioral shifts.
  • Extensive experience in government, public sector, or highly regulated industries is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leadership, middle management, and frontline staff.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an added advantage.

Must Have

  • Change Management Frameworks: Deep expertise in Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8 Step Process.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and ability to build trust.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze organizational dynamics and identify barriers to change.
  • Project Context: Understanding of large scale IT project implementations and their organizational implications.
