- Translate complex business requirements into functional and non functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with technology vendors and internal teams to ensure solution design meets business needs
- Define business data requirements and assist in data mapping
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicting needs
- Develop UAT plans, create test scenarios, and coordinate UAT activities
- Support change management efforts by identifying impact of new processes
- Provide input and review for training materials
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise level software implementation projects
- Proven experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements for complex, mission critical systems
- Fluency in English and Arabic (reading, writing, speaking)
- Proficiency with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
- Experience with process modeling and diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Strong analytical skills to analyze complex data sets
- Solid understanding of SDLC and project methodologies
- Prior experience in government, public sector, or highly regulated industries strongly preferred
- Experience with case management systems, workflow automation, or similar operational platforms

Role Overview
- The Business Analyst will be a crucial resource in the Enterprise Transformation project, responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
- This role involves conducting in depth analysis of the Client's current operational processes, eliciting and documenting detailed requirements for the COTS platform, and ensuring the solution aligns with the public sector entity's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Elicitation: Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders.
- Process Analysis & Modelling: Analyse existing operational workflows and model optimized 'to be' processes using BPMN.
- Documentation & Specification: Translate complex business requirements into clear functional and non functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Solution Design Collaboration: Collaborate with technology vendors and internal teams to ensure solution design meets business needs.
- Data Modelling & Mapping: Define business data requirements and assist in mapping source data to target schema.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations of various stakeholder groups and resolve conflicting needs.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop UAT plans, create test scenarios, and coordinate UAT activities.
- Change Impact Analysis: Support change management efforts by identifying impact of new processes.
- Training Content Input: Provide input and review for training materials.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise level software implementation projects.
- Proven experience in eliciting, analysing, and documenting requirements for complex, mission critical systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Prior experience in government, public sector, or highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
- Experience with case management systems, workflow automation, or similar operational platforms.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
Must Have
