Role Overview
- The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, and operations of Legend Holding Group and its diverse business units.
- The CFO will ensure financial stability, drive sustainable growth, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including financial institutions, investors, and the board of directors.
- The role demands strategic oversight of financial activities across multi brand car trading, rent a car services, new car dealerships, and after sales service centres.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Financial Performance and Growth: Achieve agreed % year on year increase in group wide revenue and profitability across multi brand car trading, rent a car, dealerships, and after sales service centres.
- KPI: Revenue growth, EBITDA margin, and return on investment (ROI) for each business unit.
- Timeline: Quarterly review with monthly progress assessments.
- Measurement: Consolidated financial reports and divisional performance dashboards.
