Key Responsibilities
- Manage and Monitor CCTV Systems & Surveillance Equipment
- Ensure the continuous monitoring of live CCTV footage throughout the facility/ stores.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, security and SOP breaches, or other anomalies.
- Regularly maintain and troubleshoot CCTV systems for optimal performance.
- Document incidents, SOPs violations, security breaches, or any security related event, including footage capturing and report preparation for further analysis or law enforcement if necessary.
- Collaborate with concerned teams and management to provide timely updates and resolutions.
- Assist in the coordination of security responses to emergencies (SOPs violations, theft, fire, safety hazards).
- Work closely with the security team to direct actions based on CCTV findings.
- Provide video evidence to assist in investigations or legal proceedings if required.
