Role Overview
Manage product placement, planograms, shelf utilization, and merchandising execution across stores.
Support stronger product visibility, store presentation, space allocation, and sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage product placement on store shelves.
- Create, update, and maintain accurate planograms.
- Provide store teams with planogram guidelines, layouts, and implementation instructions.
- Recommend shelf positions, product ranges, assortment changes, and layout improvements with category managers.
- Visit stores to review shelf arrangements, execution quality, and planogram compliance.
- Support new store launches, layouts, merchandising setup, renovations, and related changes.
- Identify improvements to shelf utilization, product visibility, and store presentation.
- Review execution and recommend adjustments to space allocation, product performance, and consistency.
- Coordinate store-wide merchandising plans with merchandising, category, sales, and internal teams.
- Analyze sales information, shelf data, and performance figures for merchandising decisions.
Job Experience Requirements
- Completed or currently pursuing higher education in Economics, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
- At least one year of practical experience in retail operations, purchasing, category management, merchandising, or a similar field.
- Strong analytical and planning abilities, good time management, and effective prioritization.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis, reporting, and merchandising calculations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with store teams and internal departments.
- Proactive, energetic, and results-oriented approach focused on business and merchandising objectives.
