About the Role

Responsibilities
- Attend to customer clarifications with regard to billing
- Ensure that patients with request forms are immediately attended
- Inform patients about estimated cost of investigations before generating the bill
- Generate bills as per prescribed tariffs and bill mode
- Ensure due authorizations are available for credit, free, discounts, refunds, staff, cancelled and pending bills
- Be responsible for any short/excess/non billing
- Obtain patient signatures on refund slips in case of refunds
- Ensure collections are duly remitted along with summary and internal receipts
- Be responsible for proper maintenance of records
- Ensure no cheques are received without due authorizations from the billing Manager
Requirements
- Qualification: Plus two
- Experience: Can be trained
- Active and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of oral and written English
- Arabic desirable but not mandatory

Responsibilities

- To be responsible for any short / excess/ non billing.
- To ensure that the signature of the patients are obtained in the refund slips in case of refunds.
- To ensure that the collections are duly remitted along with the summary and internal receipts for the same are obtained.
- To be responsible for the proper maintenance of the records.
- To ensure that no cheques are received without due authorizations from the billing Manager.
- Any other responsibility as deemed fit from time to time by the Management.
Qualifications
- Qualification: Plus two.
- Experience: Can be trained.
- Skill set: Active and good inter personal skills.
- Excellent command of oral and written English; Arabic desirable but not mandatory.
