- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering all collection activities
- Close shifts of other hospital staff including nurses and doctors for financial accuracy

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Closing of employee shifts from 7 AM to 1 AM (daily basis) throughout the week, including Fridays and Saturdays.
- Reviewing and verifying all receipt slips for date, amount, and matching corresponding Point of sale (POS) machine records.
- Reconciling total receipts of the receptionists with the POS machine totals to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Reviewing cancellations and refunds by serial numbers, verifying with system records, and checking employee, supervisor signatures, and relevant patient data for reconciliation purposes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering all collection activities across the hospital and branches.
- Closing shifts of other hospital staff, including nurses and doctors, to ensure financial accuracy and any cash collection.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
