Role Overview

Cash and Treasury Operations

• Supports daily cash positioning, wire transfers, tax payments, foreign exchange transactions, dividend distributions, government charges, collections, and rollover transactions.
• Supports timely and accurate banking and electronic payments and collections for funds and investment transactions.
• Reviews and validates settlement of treasury transactions.
• Directs transaction approvals to authorized persons to support risk management.
• Manages bank accounts and reconciliations for non-collection and non-treasury accounts.
• Maintains and implements treasury processes and systems.
• Supports internal groups with banking-related activities and transactions.
• Ensures forecasts reconcile with daily treasury activities.

Compliance and Financial Controls

• Maintains relationships with Internal Audit regarding compliance and internal controls.
• Processes letters of guarantee, letters of credit, and other guarantees and instruments through banks.
• Ensures electronic and manual cash transactions comply with policies and procedures.
• Prepares reports, records, and bookkeeping for transactions, guarantees, payments, and accounting.
• Coordinates development of accounting processes for new treasury transactions.

Experience and Education

• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Prior cash operations and bank relationship experience is preferred.
• KSA or Middle East experience and regulatory knowledge are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
