Role Overview
Manage invoicing, collections, payments, and settlements for national roaming and FTTH services.
Conduct studies to reduce costs arising from regulatory obligations.
Billing and Settlement Responsibilities
- Produce invoices for all national roaming and FTTH services.
- Negotiate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Expedite collection processes and calculate net settlements.
- Exchange monthly traffic records in accordance with CITC recommendations.
- Schedule payments and coordinate processing with STC Finance.
- Follow up on unpaid invoices and resolve payment and collection discrepancies.
- Prepare and finalize national roaming and FTTH settlements.
Compliance and Process Coordination
- Coordinate system enhancement requirements with Wholesale Services Management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Ensure monthly wholesale financial data is released successfully to the general ledger through Finance.
- Coordinate with sales and network teams to ensure settlement and billing terms are met.
- Ensure invoices align with approved billing agreements.
