Role Overview
Plan and optimize GEO, MEO, and LEO satellite services infrastructure.
Ensure capacity, resilience, performance, regulatory alignment, and readiness for future satellite services.
Planning and Investment
- Prepare annual CAPEX plans for satellite services infrastructure.
- Align transport and optical network requirements with satellite infrastructure plans.
- Assess voice and broadband project forecasts with WBU, CBU, EBU, Royal, STS, and Infrastructure stakeholders.
- Review capacity, utilization, and performance reports to ensure adequate capacity and service readiness.
- Optimize investments and drive infrastructure evolution for efficiency, resilience, and coverage.
Strategy and Rollout
- Lead rollout planning and execution for approved next-generation satellite technologies.
- Maintain infrastructure strategy covering modernization, expansion, spectrum utilization, and technology evolution.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and availability against service KPIs and implement optimization plans.
Design and Integration
- Oversee GEO, MEO, and LEO satellite access and transport network design.
