- Execute all carpentry and associated work to the highest professional standards
- Construct and repair structures made of wood, plywood and other materials
- Maintain wooden fixtures, furniture, and structures throughout the hotel such as doors, windows, cabinets, shelves, counters, and decorative items
- Identify, analyze and troubleshoot issues related to wooden structures, fixtures, and furnishings
- Collaborate with other department team members such as Housekeeping, Front Office, etc., while prioritizing work orders
Requirements
- Previous work experience as a Carpenter in a hotel environment
- Proficient in various woodworking techniques including cutting, shaping, joining, and finishing wood
- Knowledgeable of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards relevant to carpentry work

Job Description

- Identify, analyze and troubleshoot issues related to wooden structures, fixtures, and furnishings.
- Collaborate with other department team members such as Housekeeping, Front Office, etc., while prioritizing work orders.
Qualifications
- Previous work experience as a Carpenter in a hotel environment.
- Proficient in various woodworking techniques, including cutting, shaping, joining, and finishing wood.
- Knowledgeable of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards relevant to carpentry work.
