Qatar Airways is hiring a Cargo Strategic Partnerships Analyst based in Doha, Qatar.
The role supports the management and growth of strategic cargo partnerships through analytical, operational, and commercial support.
The position monitors partnership performance, coordinates stakeholders, resolves operational issues, and supports process standardization.
Accountabilities
- Analyze volumes, rates, revenue, and performance trends across strategic cargo partners.
- Prepare reports and dashboards against partnership KPIs and flag underperforming lanes or partners.
- Troubleshoot irregular interline shipments and commercial or operational issues.
- Coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and partner airlines.
- Support commercial, operational, and digital partnership processes and guidelines.
- Document, standardize, and roll out standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and partner airlines to maintain day-to-day alignment.
About You
- At least three years of job-related experience is required.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tableau is required, including report and performance analysis development.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills are required.
- Experience documenting and improving business processes, guidelines, manuals, and operational procedures is required.
- Basic knowledge of air cargo commercial and operational processes is preferred.
