About the Role
Qatar Airways is seeking a Cargo Revenue Integrity Specialist to support revenue integrity processes, monitor revenue leakage, and implement corrective actions. The role requires a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in the cargo industry, and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, monitor and review processes in line with increasing complexity of the business
- Manage revenue leakage through analysis of bookings, rates/tariffs, other charges, master data, system computation and financial data
- Review the waiver and write off approval process to ensure it is approved by the authorized approver
- Contribute to the implementation of a revenue integrity KPI structure
- Review and develop revenue integrity of the business at a region, station, product and customer level
- Translate revenue integrity principles into business rules and subsequently into system input for automation
- Highlight any issue identified through the Early Warning Signal tools/report and work with respective departments for corrective action
- Continuously monitor process compliance and engage with stakeholders to improve compliance and reduce revenue leakage
- Support revenue integrity manager and stakeholders to conduct external and internal audits
- Analyze and monitor revenue integrity at booking, station and regional level in a data driven way
- Create insights into revenue leakage through creation of management reports and dashboards
- Perform periodic checks on the system and process control effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of job related experience
- Understanding of Cargo system, sales, operation, pricing, revenue processes
- Experience working in the Cargo industry (with Airline or Freight Forwarders)
- Knowledge of Basic Air Cargo Tariff, IATA Cargo rules & interline
- Experience with visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI
- Proven experience in team management and strong leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills including ability to apply ethical judgment and evaluate risks

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of job related experience.
- Understanding of Cargo system, sales, operation, pricing, revenue processes knowledge and experience.
- Experience working in the Cargo industry (with Airline or Freight Forwarders) and knowledge on Basic Air Cargo Tariff, IATA Cargo rules & interline.
- Experience with visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI tools and business Intelligence and statistical tools such as Business Objects and MS Office.
- Proven experience in team management, strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to ensure SLAs are consistently met.
- Strong analytical skills which include the ability to apply ethical judgment and evaluating risks that could lead to revenue loss.
