- Strategic advisory and execution support for cards portfolio optimization initiatives spanning ENR, spend, authorization etc.
- Drive growth in card activation, customer engagement, utilization, balance build through strategic planning, campaign execution, and portfolio optimization
- Leverage data analytics, merchant partnerships and other lifecycle management tools
Requirements
- 8 10 years in banking, payments, or consulting with a focus on credit card portfolio optimization, digital engagement, card product management
- Mandatory: Cards Cross border payments, e commerce, and merchant partnerships
- Mandatory: Campaign execution, customer segmentation, and performance analytics
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification; Advanced degree or MBA preferred
- Knowledge of Cards P&L, Revenue, Loyalty programs and campaign management
- Fluent English required, Arabic fluency preferred
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required
- Results oriented with strong drive for achieving targets and KPIs
- Creative and innovative thinker

Job Description
- Strategic advisory and execution support for cards portfolio optimization initiatives spanning across key KPIs like ENR, spend, authorization etc.
- To drive growth in card activation, customer engagement, utilization, balance build through strategic planning, campaign execution, and portfolio optimization—leveraging data analytics, merchant partnerships and other lifecycle management tools.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Cards Cross border payments, e commerce, and merchant partnerships
- Mandatory: Campaign execution, customer segmentation, and performance analytics
- 8 10 years in banking, payments, or consulting with a focus on credit card portfolio optimization, digital engagement, card product management (Regional experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Advanced degree or MBA preferred
- Knowledge of Cards P&L, Revenue, Loyalty programs and campaign management will be a big plus
- Fluent English required, Arabic fluency preferred
- Comfortable with significant client interaction and interest in building relationships
- Proven track record in campaign execution, customer segmentation, and performance analytics.
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required, knowledge of Project Management tools preferred

Pay
- SAR 30,000.00 SAR 40,000.00 per month
