Position Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Automotive Dealer Relation to lead and oversee the full scope of our automotive sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day sales operations and dealership activities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, vendors, and key clients
- Supervise and mentor the sales team to achieve performance targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
- Ensure compliance with company policies and automotive industry regulations
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory, and forecasts
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure smooth customer experience post sale
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Automotive Management (preferred)
- At least 2+ years of experience in automotive sales or dealership management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM software
- A passion for the automotive industry and customer satisfaction
Compensation
- Pay: AED3,500.00 AED7,000.00 per month
