Position Summary
Maintain store financial integrity, pricing integrity, inventory control and profitability.
Coordinate and process direct and local merchandise for delivery to the sales floor and support a positive shopping experience.
Operations and Asset Protection
- Secure high-ticket merchandise in designated locations.
- Process direct and local shipments, including OMNI merchandise, alcohol and warehouse trailer receiving.
- Keep receiving, claims and office areas neat, clean and organized.
- Scan damaged and stolen merchandise to support shrink prevention.
- Monitor claims returns and protect assets by following proper shrink-handling processes.
Compliance and Records
- Follow cold chain procedures and document required information in the Receiving Temperature Log and Spark App.
- Maintain returns, vendor return requests, recalls, paperwork, packing and shipping within company deadlines.
- Keep current knowledge of company policies and processes for damaged and recalled merchandise.
- Follow invoicing key controls and ensure timely payments for merchandise and services.
- Review MU/MD exception reports, scanning exceptions, price overrides and the 2 cent report.
Compensation
- The minimum hourly rate starts at $18.55.
Minimum Qualification
- Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

- The position is based at 4515 Dundas Street, RR 1, Burlington, Ontario, Canada.
