Position Summary
Supervise Asset Protection Team activities on a 24/7 basis and ensure programs, policies, and procedures are followed.
Lead Asset Protection operations at the Walmart logistics site in Mississauga, Ontario.
Asset Protection and Safety
- Inspect the workplace to maintain site safety, physical security, and associate security.
- Investigate and document theft, property damage, security breaches, shrink, and other loss incidents.
- Prepare investigation reports and recommend corrective measures, administrative controls, disciplinary actions, or program improvements.
- Supervise emergency response procedures and maintain emergency equipment testing records.
Leadership and Training
- Lead and coach Asset Protection Associates through positive communication and engagement.
- Provide training support to operations by identifying, developing, delivering, or sourcing Asset Protection training and education.
- Partner with operational departments on Asset Protection procedures and safe work practices.
Programs and Scheduling
- Participate in Asset Protection and Total Loss initiatives, including audits, data analysis, process validation, and shrink mitigation.
- Schedule full-time and part-time personnel weekly to support operational requirements.
- Monitor timekeeping and attendance.
Minimum Qualification
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Compensation
- The pay range is CAD 60,000 to CAD 75,000, with pay determined based on relevant experience.
Primary Location
- The primary work location is 6800 Maritz Drive, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
- The overnight schedule runs Wednesday through Saturday from 7:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
