Role Overview
fäm Properties is seeking a Call Center Representative to provide customer service to real estate clients.
The role supports inquiries related to property sales, rentals, and property management.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries about real estate sales, rentals, and property management.
- Provide accurate information about properties, amenities, pricing, and available services.
- Assist clients with scheduling property viewings and coordinate with real estate agents.
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and accurately update customer records.
- Follow up with customers to confirm their needs and concerns have been addressed.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting properties and services to potential customers.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Stay up to date with real estate industry trends, market conditions, and developments.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
