- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their cabana experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve beverages, cocktails, and light refreshments with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings.
- Ensure cabana areas remain clean, organized, and well stocked with supplies and amenities.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Process payments accurately using point of sale systems and handle cash transactions securely.
- Manage multiple tables and guests simultaneously while maintaining service quality.
- Follow all health, safety, and food service protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Responsibility and cooperation with OSH instructions and safe working procedures.
- Ability to take reasonable care for health and safety of self and others.
- Willingness to attend OSH training and follow procedures.

Job Description

- Ensure cabana areas remain clean, organized, and well stocked with supplies and amenities.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Process payments accurately using point of sale systems and handle cash transactions securely.
- Manage multiple tables and guests simultaneously while maintaining service quality.
- Follow all health, safety, and food service protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- Responsibility and cooperation with OSH instructions and safe working procedures.
- Take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves, environment and others at work.
- Do not adversely interfere with anything provided for OSH.
- Do not interfere adversely with anything in place to control OSH risks.
- Cooperate with organization with respect to actions and or actions taken to protect the employee/ OSH requirements.
- Follow OSHMS procedures as applicable.
- Raise identified OSH issues with designated persons and take part in OSH consultative arrangements.
- Report all near miss/hazard/unsafe conditions or act.
- Use appropriate PPE and safety systems.
- Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures.
- Attend OSH training as required by the training needs analysis.
- Maintain all OSHMS records as required by the Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island.
